I’m so excited to host Dechel Mckillian of GALERIE.LA in our Playa Vista store this weekend for a pop-up! Dechel is a former celebrity stylist who, in a world full of fast-fashion fixes, sources ethical, sustainable, and of course chic, designers. During her styling days, she styled the likes of Nicki Minaj and Drake, traveled the world with Lil Wayne and the Black Eyed Peas, and even worked with Lionel Richie. She always focused on brands that shared her values of sustainability in design and fashion and founded GALERIE.LA to bring those designers to all of us.
Dechel is one of the most driven, hard-working, interesting, and kindest people I’ve worked with. She truly believes in her brand and is dedicated to finding the coolest stuff that you can feel good about wearing.
Dechel has an insane eye and curates the best pieces- I seriously can’t wait to shop this weekend! If you can’t make it in person, we’ll be posting a ton on my personal Instagram, @TeressaFoglia, as well as on @galeriela and @bighatmagic, so you can shop via DM.
