Video on How to Take Your Hat Size
When purchasing a new hat, it is important to be as accurate as possible with your head measurements to prevent getting a hat that is under or over-sized. You will need to measure your head using a clothes tape, or you can improvise using a piece of string and a ruler.
To take your head measurement, place the string or tape around your head around where the hat will sit. This should roughly be about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, and completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size. All of our hats and caps come sized and you can use this size guide to make your order.
All sales are final in store and online.
NO EXCEPTIONS - we are a small bespoke company. If you do not know your exact hat size, please visit our stores or be measured by a professional hat maker - there are no exchanges or returns.
Our Ready to Ship collection ships within 3-5 days. Made to measure hats are handcrafted at the time of order and it takes around 6-8 weeks from production to delivery for domestic US customers. International orders are usually delivered in around 7-9 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
We offer a flat rate of $30 for most items on our website. However, if you’re purchasing multiple hats, shipping costs are calculated based on box sizes and your location to ensure your hats are securely packaged for safe delivery. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
We ship to almost every country but to be certain, you can add your desired products to your cart and proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days for our Ready to Ship collection. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Since every hat is made to measure, please allow 6-8 weeks from production to delivery for domestic US customers.
If you are ordering from our Ready to Ship collection, please contact us if you require shipping sooner than ground shipping.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Teressa Foglia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
