Our Small/Medium fits sizes 6 7/8- 7 1/4 (21 5/8"- 22 3/4"), and our Medium/Large fits sizes 7 3/8- 7 1/2 (23"- 23 1/2"). This design is available made to measure and can be made in smaller or larger sizes.
