Our Small/Medium fits sizes 6 3/4- 7 1/8 (21 1/4"- 22 1/8"), and our Medium/Large fits sizes 7 1/4- 7 3/8 (22 7/8"- 23 1/4"). This design is available made to measure and can be made in smaller or larger sizes.
