Fashion Supply Chain Production Coordinator


The Fashion Supply Chain Production Coordinator is responsible for providing operational support to the business by overseeing the production supply chain based out of our brand new Playa Vista gallery, concept shop + atelier. They will support management in day to day operations and also take the role of an “Ambassador” by promoting the philosophy and values of the brand. Passion for the brand is conveyed through creating a branded, luxury client experience.

They will serve as the point person between the internal team, customers, suppliers and sales agent.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Manage Production Calendar for bespoke, custom and ready-to-wear hats, art and home goods.

  • Coordinate production team with direction and priorities.

  • Alert production team of top priority items requiring immediate attention.

  • Communicate with vendors on order details, trim, fabric. Improve costs with working with new suppliers, getting samples.

  • Manage in-store supplies: digital orders, trips to garment district, managing supplier contacts.

  • Pre-production and quality control when shipping.

  • Generate shipment labels, package orders, tracking work orders.

  • Follow Fashion Calendars for samples, collections and trends.

  • Work directly with our design team domestically and key contacts for maintaining and supporting our relationships with our artisanal partners in Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia and Ecuador.

  • Following up on sample/trim statuses.

  • Organize and keep track of press samples.

  • Be comfortable in a retail store environment: meeting with customers, taking custom orders.

  • Inputting inventory to Shopify.

  • Basic product photography with in-house setup.

Knowledge, Experience, and Characteristics for Success:

  • Ideally 1 year of garment supply chain  production experience.

  • Strong interest in fashion and sustainability.

  • Must be highly organized, work well under pressure and be very detailed oriented. 

  • Strong sense of deadline urgency.

  • Knowledge of Office and Google docs a must.
